My family all got together and we went to the Mystic Theater in one of what they call there chamber rooms. This chamber room was about Edgar Allen Poe.
Before we go in to the chamber, our butler is waiting for us. Jake the butler does not smile. Even if you try and make him.
My little family, wondering what is going on. Very fun experience for everyone. The chamber rooms hold up to 20 people. We had 10 from our family, then the rest of the chamber were from around the area. They do alot of neat thing while you are having dinner, with lighting, sounds, magic and from the group.
Our first course was...Poisonous Apples! Apple slices on the top of the glass filled with water and dry ice. Very cool looking.
We also had Cobb web salad, sorbet (to cleanse the palet) or as Dalton asked,"What is cleansing your pellat"? Chicken or Prime Rib, then for desseret Death by chocolate!
Michaela not sure if she will survive the Death by chocolate! At the end of the show, a BIG pendulum comes down through the ceiling hitting the table. There were a few screams!!!!
They do a great job at the Mystic. For Christmas, they are doing a play "Miracle on 34th street". It will be amazing I'm sure. They will also have there chamber room doing a "Dickens Christmas". It was a fun, magical night.
I've only been there once and it was so fun - looks like you guys had a ball!
