Meet Elmer!

We had a visitor in our home for the holidays, his name is Elmer! Elmer is a good elf that just keeps and eye out for the happening in the house. He makes sure you are being good, and has a little fun in the process. I have wanted to do something with the kids like the "Elf on the shelf" thing so this was our kind of thing. At first the kids were not sure what he was doing, but when Elmer won at target practise that got a few laughs.

Then he was on the light fixture, why? It was asked. So Elmer, could catch you coming up the stairs in the middle of the night getting into the treats! That one was the best, Michaela was busted. She did not know that we heard her and woke up.
This one Elmer was just doing what everyone else in our home does, when they can't find a treat that they want. They break into the chocolate chips.
This one he was fishing with a candy cane, but I think the kids liked the jokes that he would bring with him. Like, what did one snowman say to the other snowman?  Do you smell carrots!
Also, what do snowmen eat for breakfast? Frosted flakes. Elmer was a fun visitor for the holidays!
