Our Family Christmas!

It all starts with the anticipation, and a whole lot of sugar! Or so it seems. Whenever we talk about doing something different on Christmas Eve, the kids veto it because we need to be home when Santa comes. They love having him stop by on Christmas Eve to check on them, but it really helps in getting them to bed.

...and who doesn't love a new pair of p.j.'s for Christmas!

When we leave cookies for Santa, we have to leave something for the reindeer too. They are counted out for everyone of them. They were a little worried, because we left brownies instead of cookies.

Christmas Day we go up to my parents. We always have a great time. It was neat this year we all got to talk with our missionary Casey. It is so neat to hear him talk about the work he is doing. He loves it. One more year to go. We love to play games every year too. Shauna came up with this one, you have to draw a picture as she talks about it, on your head. The one with the best picture wins a prize. This is the best nativity, mine! Yes, such talent! At least you can see the 3 wise men.

We took a few fun pictures too, and ate way too much food. It was a great day to be together!! Wish you could just slow the day down alittle.
