...redneck! This is what my mother-in-law calls this picture, but it is truly priceless. It brings on alot of good conversations. When Doug was a young boy, his Dad and Uncle Ike ran the family farm in Winder. They had a few boys between the two, and they all looked forward to the "Famous Preston Night Rodeo" every summer. They would ride there horses in the parades and in the arena before the rodeo. One year, his Mom and Aunt Ann decided it would be fun to make all of them matching shirts to wear to the rodeo. Yes, they are pink. I think alot of guys look good in pink. This was even before the rodeos started doing "Tough enough to wear pink" for cancer. So I think they were pretty in style. But.....
Back row: Monte, Dad, Mom, Uncle Ike, Aunt Ann, Lola
Middle row: Kent, Doug, Boyd, Spencer, Gordan
Front row: Daryl, JoAnn, Joy
This is not a clear picture, I took it with my phone. We are all getting a copy at Christmas, I can't wait!
With the Preston rodeo this week, this will be talked about maybe just a little.

I love it! What a fun picture and memory!
